Zyxel provide a full range of networking products.
We have offered their switches for some time now.
I was concerned that our offer in networking products was becoming somewhat disjointed.
We had grown to offer a few products from D-Link, Netgear, TP-Link, etc.
We, as a team, were in danger of becoming 'Masters of none'.
At the same time, I believe that in future the issue of managing network security will become ever more important to businesses (and even home users).
NB this story just this week where a water treatment works in the States has been hacked.
Therefore, due to their full range offering, and in particular their great strength in network security, I selected Zyxel as the product partner that we would work a lot more closely with in future.
We have quickly taken the necessary training & courses and qualified at their highest MSP (Managed Solution Partner) level.
This enables us, via their Nebula solution, to provide remote support and configuration of Zyxel products for customers.
I'm sure that I'll have a lot more to say about this in the future.
You'll see the range of Zyxel products that we offer gradually increase over the coming weeks.
