The Hikvision DS-2DE4A225IW-DE(S6) is a 2MP Mini PTZ network camera, providing a cost effective PTZ solution for areas such as city squares, parks, large venues and railways.
With a varifocal lens which ranges between focal lengths of 4.8mm to 120mm and provides a horizontal field of view between 54.9° and 2.7° users can cover expansive areas whilst still being able to zoom in to areas or objects of interest with high quality results. The DS-2DE4A225IW-DE(S6) is also rated IP66 which makes it dust and water resistant and therefore suitable for use outdoors.
Powered by Darkfighter technology, the DS-2DE4A225IW-DE(S6) has excellent low light performance. And when supplement lighting is required, the built-in infrared LEDs can illuminate the scene, reaching a range of up to 50m. To further support the image quality in challenging light scenarios, day or night, the camera also uses 120 dB WDR (Wide Dynamic Range), BLC, HLC, and 3D DNR.
The DS-2DE4A225IW-DE(S6) also offers various Smart Features including:

On-board the camera is a memory card slot which supports MicroSD/SDHC/SDXC card, 1 audio input line and 1 audio output line. There are also 2 alarm inputs and 2 alarm outputs which allow users to add third party devices to their security system, such as light alarms and entry systems.
The DS-2DE4A225IW-DE(S6) requires power via PoE+ or 12V DC mains, although a power adapter is included, we recommend powering via POE+ where possible for ease of installation.
