The Hikvision DS-2DF8236I5X-AELW is a 2MP auto focus laser speed dome camera with 1/1.9" progressive scan CMOS chip and a focal length of 5.7 - 205.2mm. Users also get free video management using the Hikvision iVMS-4200 remote access software.
Armed with 36x optical zoom & 16x digital zoom lens and a laser distance of up to 500m, the DS-2DF8236I5X-AELW providers users with a high detailed image over expansive areas. This is then supported by a tilt range from -20° to 90°, a panoramic movement of 360° and IP66 weather-proof housing.
It also comes with easy cleaning, this is due to having a silicone wiper on the surface of the lens that wipes away dirt and water that is collecting on the lens, allowing users a good quality image no matter the weather conditions. This makes for a perfect outdoor camera with a working temperature of -40°C to 65°C, although you can have this as an indoor camera too.
With a built in memory card slot that supports micro SD/SDHC/SDXC, this allows 265GB of storage, which can be used to its full ability due to H.265+/H.265 compression. The then allows users more saving on storage and bandwidth than the H.264 compression
The DS-2DF8236I5X-AELW is part of the Darkfighter series which allows high quality images in low light environments due to enhancing features such as wide dynamic range (WDR), high light compensation (HLC) 3D digital noise reduction (DNR), defog and auto tracking 2.0.
Please note, this camera does not come with a power supply.
