Hikvision 3 Year Advance Replacement and Warranty

As a Hikvision Authorised Partner, we are able to offer our customers a full 3 year advance replacement warranty on all Hikvision goods.

If there are any faults with your product, you can return it to us free of charge and we will send your replacement out before we've received your return!

Simply fill out a returns form and send it to us via email, and we will reply with instructions for returning your faulty product, as well as details of your replacement.

Terms and Conditions

This offer only applies to Hikvision products purchased from us since the 1st of September 2016; we cannot redeem the warranty on products purchased before this time or from other sellers. The warranty only applies to faults that have occurred through typical use. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any products that have been damaged through misuse or user negligence.

Advance replacement is only available while stocks last. In the case of an out of stock item, we will endeavour to source an identical model, however please note this may be subject to a lead time from the manufacturer. If we are unable to source a suitable replacement, we will contact the buyer and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
