The TP-Link EAP620 HD is a dual-band WiFi 6 access point that is able to provide WiFi speeds of 574 Mbps on 2.4GHz and 1201 Mbps on 5GHz.
This access point has been designed for use in business environments that require high-performance WiFi such as; hospitality, education, retail, transport, and offices. OFDMA and Uplink and Downlink MU-MIMO enable the EAP620 HD to increase network capacity by up to 4 x when compared to WiFi 5 in high-density environments to connect more devices simultaneously.
As well as this fast roaming ensures smooth and uninterrupted streaming for users even when moving around by switching the client automatically to the access points with the optimal signal.
Other Features:
- Secure Guest Network up to 16 SSIDs: provides enhanced security to guests. Different SSIDs also enable flexible access management.
- Boost business with Facebook WiFi and SMS login: captive portal and 802.1x authentication help maintain authorised guests to use the network.
- WPA3 for worry-free open public networks: provides more data security for previously unsecured and open WiFi hotspots.
- Band steering: automatically moves dual band devices onto wider 5GHz band for faster connections.
- Load balance: ensure large numbers of users have smooth network experiences in high-density business networks.
