The Q3628-VE is an Axis Dome camera, with remote adjustment, and 8MP image resolution.
It comes equipped with Axis Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR (up to 120dB) for impressive image quality and outstanding detail in challenging lighting conditions.
It also features support for a selection of Axis Analytics, Video Management systems, and Edge Security safeguards, to allow for a more efficient and secure video surveillance system experiance.
Features Explained:
- Zipstream preserves all the important forensic details users need whilst lowering storage and bandwidth requirements and costs but an average of 50%.
- Forensic WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) helps to ensure that camera images are usable and clear. In some scenes, there can be a contrast between the darkest and brightest spots in a scene, this can cause the image to be under or overexposed making it difficult, even impossible to identify objects and people. WDR technology can help rectify this issue, producing clear images regardless of difficult light scenarios.
- Lightfinder delivers high-resolution, full-colour video with minimum motion blur even in near darkness. This technology is able to make dark areas in a scene visible and can capture details in very low-light scenarios.
- Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) helps to provide smooth video quality when the application environment becomes effected by vibrations. Using built-in gyroscopic sensors, EIS equipped cameras can detect movements / vibrations, and automatically adjust the frame to ensure stable image quality.
- Axis Edge Vault is a hardware-based cybersecurity platform, designed to safeguard your device and to keep any sensitive information from unauthorized access. Other Edge security systems include; signed firmware, secure boot, secure keystore, SD card encryption, and more..
