The Axis M3086-V Mic is a cost-effective 4-megapixel compact mini dome camera packed full of high-quality features. Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) ensures clarity even in scenarios where there are both dark and light areas and Lightfinder technology provides users with sharp, colour images in low-light scenes.
As well as this the M3086-V Mic supports intelligent analytics based on deep learning on the edge. This enables the unit to deliver valuable metadata facilitating fast, easy, and efficient forensic search capabilities in both live and recorded video. Object Analytics is built-in, enabling users to focus on objects of interest and support for ACAP adds value to the system with tailor-made applications. The M3086-V Mic comes with a built-in microphone so it's out-of-the-box-ready for Axis Audio Analytics.
The M3086-V Mic has a wide range of optional mounting accessories to enable both flexible and discreet installation. The bayonet-fitted casing twists on and off for a fast and convenient installation. Not only this but the camera's housing features an IP42 and IK08 rated housing which protects the camera against redirection and defocusing as well as dust and dripping water.
Features Explained:
- WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) helps to ensure that camera images are usable and clear. In some scenes, there can be a contrast between the darkest and brightest spots in a scene, this can cause the image to be under or overexposed making it difficult, even impossible to identify objects and people. WDR technology can help rectify this issue, producing clear images regardless of difficult light scenarios.
- Lightfinder technology enables cameras to capture full-colour images even in extremely low light conditions. This is achieved thanks to a combination of extremely sensitive sensors and carefully tuned image processing.
- Built-in Cybersecurity features have been created and applied to counter different types of cyber attacks, effectively battle vulnerabilities and prevent unauthorised access to users' systems. These features are able to detect firmware tampering and prevent device replacement, this safeguards the system and helps reduce the risk of digital attacks.
