The Axis XPQ1785 is a robust, stainless steel (316L) PTZ camera globally certified for use in potentially combustible environments according to Class I/II/III Div 1 and Zone 1,21 (NEC, CEC, IECEx, ATEX, and more). The built-in smoke alert analytics monitors for signs of smoke or fire. The camera offers total situational awareness with 360° continuous pan and +/- 90° tilt, both at up to 200°/sec. Axis Zipstream provides exceptional savings on bandwidth and storage requirements without compromising image quality. Ease of installation is supported by a compact and low-weight design, with both RJ45 and SFP for fiber or coax and 100-240V AC power input.

- Lightfinder technology helps Axis cameras to deliver high-resolution, full-colour video in near darkness, stripping away noise to make dark areas visible, and discerning colour in low light. This keeps surveillance capabilities working their best at all times, with clear footage regardless of lighting conditions within a scene.
- OptimizedIR offers a combination of camera intelligence and LED technology, for an advanced camera-integrated IR solution, equipped for complete darkness.
- Electronic Image Stabilisation provides smooth video in situations where a camera is subject to vibrations. Built-in gyroscopic sensors continuously detect the camera's movements and vibrations, and automatically adjusts the frame to ensure users always capture the details they need.
- Smoke Alert Analytics serve as an additional layer of safety, monitoring for signs of smoke or fire (and are also able to detect the early stages of fire)
