The Axis P4707-PLVE is a 2*5MP dual-sensor multidirectional camera that is able to deliver excellent image quality no matter the condition.
The dual-sensor design is ideal for use in applications that need to see in two directions simultaneously. The unit offers flexible positioning of both the lens sensors each of which can be controlled individually enabling users to monitor scenes in two directions in wide or zoomed-in views. As well as this the sensors can be twisted, allowing the two sensors to be positioned closer together. The P4707-PLVE is perfect for use in straight hallways or at the corners of an intersection where it can look in both directions at the same time.
Featuring 360° IR illumination with individually controllable LEDs users benefit from clear images at all times, even in low light or complete darkness. Not only this but the P4707-PLVE features Axis Lightfinder that aids in providing users with colour images in near darkness and Forensic WDR ensures clarity in scenes with both light and dark areas.
The P4707-PLVE is built on ARTPEC-8 and includes a deep-learning processing unit (DLPU) enabling improved processing storage capabilities that allow users to collect and analyse even more data than before. As well as this the unit delivers valuable metadata facilitating fast, easy and efficient forensic search capabilities in live or recorded video. Not only this but with Axis Object Analytics the unit can detect and classify humans, vehicles and types of vehicles tailored to users' specific needs.
This multi-directional camera provides a cost-effective installation as there is only one camera to install, one cable to draw, one IP address, one video management software license, and just one license for any analytics users choose to install.
With an IP66/IP67 weather-resistant rating the camera is ideal for outdoor use as the camera is protected against harsh outdoor weather conditions. As well as this the housing is IK10 vandal-resistant rated meaning that the camera housing is able to withstand vandal attempts.
