The Axis Q3538-LVE is a 4K outdoor dome camera that provides superior image quality and forensic details regardless of weather conditions. OptimisedIR and an innovative IR-shielded dome prevent IR reflections from both rain and snow which ensure consistently clear and sharp images. As well as this, Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR enable the camera to deliver true colours and great detail in challenging light conditions and near darkness. Electronic image stabilisation ensures the camera image is kept stead even when subjected to vibrations and Zipstream support reduces bandwidth and storage requirements for the model.
The Q3538-LVE features a deep learning processing unit (DLPU) which eliminates the need for expensive servers and allows for a faster and more scalable system. As well as this, processing capabilities are improved to enable users to collect and analyse even more data than before. Support for ACAP version 4 means users can add value to their system with tailor-made applications based on deep learning on the edge available from Axis and their partners.
Additionally, the Q3538-LVE features an IK10+ rated outdoor housing which protects the camera against redirection, defocusing and impacts ensuring the unit is incredibly robust. Not only this, but it can withstand temperatures as low as -50°C and as high as 60°C and is IP6K9K rated which protects the camera from harsh outdoor weather conditions. As well as having sensors for intrusion and shock detection the unit is packed with built-in cybersecurity features such as Axis Edge Vault which prevents unauthorised access and safeguards the system.
