The Axis T98A17-VE is an outdoor ready surveillance cabinet which has been specially designed for use with Axis Network Cameras. It protects main power and low-voltage units from tough weather and vandalism.
Part of a full cabinet series, the Axis T98A17-VE protects your installation against vandalism and tampering acts and is also weather proof against the ingress of dust, water, ice and outside temperatures. It represents a system solution that is designed for electrical safety and ease of installation to save time and money in the field.
A variety of accessories fit the T98A17-VE Surveillance Cabinet, including midpsan, power supply and media converter switch for a network camera installation.
The Axis camera can be mounted on the door of the cabinet, which is already prepared with drill holes to match Axis' fixed outdoor network cameras. All cabinets in the series come with a mounting plate to simplify installation and cable protection.
The full Axis T98A-VE Cabinet Series is ideal in city surveillance or critical infrastructure installations where a sturdy, vandal resistant and water protected box is a must.
Please note that in some cases specific mounting plates / junction boxes will be required with certain cameras. For Axis P14 series of cameras the T94F01M Junction box is required, and for the Axis P32 Series a P33 Mounting Bracket is requried.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 via courier throughout the mainland UK.
