The Geovision GV-EBD8711 8 megapixel eyeball IP dome camera is an outdoor camera equipped with an automatic IR-cut filter and 2 IR LED's to enhance nighttime surveillance, providing clear, high-quality images and reaching distances of up to 30 meters.
The user can zoom and focus the camera from the web interface and take advantage of key features such as Wide Dynamic Range Pro, Motion Detection and a Tampering Alarm. The camera boasts an 8-megapixel resolution, making it great for surveillance where attention to detail is critical.
With a vandal resistance rating of IK10, the metal casing can withstand forces of up to 20 joules making it almost impossible to be destructed by tools such as a hand-held hammer or spanner. The GV-EBD8711 has also been rated IP67 for ingress protection meaning it can withstand heavy rain and be resistant to fine dust.
