Details
The Geovision GV-TFD4800 is a 4-megapixel mini dome camera that has been designed for indoor use. Its sleek and subtle style makes it ideal for use in a wide range of indoor applications such as schools, offices, reception areas, shops etc.
Equipped with an automatic IR-cut filter and IR LEDs effective up to 30m the GV-TFD4800 provides users with high-quality images in both day and nighttime scenarios. Not only this but the camera features two-way audio with a built-in microphone enabling users to benefit from both high-quality images and audio.
Fitted with a fixed 2.8mm lens the camera provides users with a wide angle 101° horizontal field of view, enabling the coverage of expansive areas with a singular camera.
The GV-TFD4800 supports H.265 which enables the device to achieve a better compression ratio compared to H.264 and MJPEG. This means the camera is able to maintain the high-quality images customers have come to expect all whilst reducing network bandwidth.
As well as this the camera is empowered by deep learning algorithms that are able to distinguish humans and vehicles from other moving objects. When integrated with Geovision's VMS (video management software) the camera supports AI perimeter protection. real-time alert, playback and more.
With a choice of either 12V DC or PoE (Power over Ethernet) power, the device could not be easier to install. Selecting PoE will make the installation even simpler as both the power and data will be transported across the one cable saving both installer time and cost.
