The Hikvision DS-2XS6A25G0-I/CH20S40 is a solar panel kit complete with a 4G, 2MP bullet camera to provide a standalone security system for remote or rural sites with no electricity or internet. Providing 24/7 monitoring for sites such as forests, farms and rivers, the kit can also be temporarily installed at sites like music festivals and road maintenance sites. The kit is robust and weather proof with a ratings of IP67.
With a 2.8mm lens, the camera offers a wide field of view of 107° allowing sufficient, overall coverage of large space. Image quality is enhanced with 120dB true WDR technology which helps to balance out strong back light. Also, with thanks to the IR supplement lighting which can reach up to 30 metres, the camera is able to provide great images in near darkness.
When in full power mode, the camera also supports Smart Events, including:

- Intrusion Detection
- Region Entrance / Exit Detection
- Object Removal Detection
The 4G Camera also features an on-board slot for a Micro SD card allowing users the opportunity for additional recording.

Hikvision have stated that on a rainy or cloudy day, the camera battery life is up to 7 days when used in 'low consumption mode', or 4.5 days (in high consumption mode) if it has been fully charged.
The daily effective sunlight is 1.77 hours and the camera can be online always (if it works continuously according to the 24-hour average power consumption).
