Details
The Axis P1385 delivers excellent image quality with 2MP resolution. With Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR, it also offers true colours and detail in challenging light or near darkness. It has an exchangeable lens and i-CS support, so you can quickly and easily change the lens, making it ideal for various surveillance situations.
Electronic image stabilisation ensures stable images despite vibration and scene profiles can be automatically optimised to suit specific scenarios. With a Deep Learning Processing Unit (DPLU), you can run advanced features and powerful analytics on the edge. As well as this, PoE and redundant DC power safeguard data in the event of a power outage. Axis Edge Vault safeguards the camera, protecting sensitive information from unauthorised access. It is also designed for outdoor use in a housing but otherwise should be used indoors.

Features Explained:
- AXIS Edge Vault is a secure cryptographic compute module, capable of keeping an Axis device ID secure and permanently stored and installed. Cybersecurity is further enhanced by Signed Firmware, Secure Boot, and, TPM (Trusted Platform Module).
- AXIS Object Analytics comes pre-installed, and offers a selection of analytics for human and vehicle classification, powered by AI-based algorithms.
Object classes: humans / vehicles (types: cars, buses, trucks, bikes)
Features: line crossing, object in area, occupancy in area, up to 10 scenarios, visualised metadata (with trajectories and colour-coding), polygon include/exclude areas, and, ONVIF motion alarm event.
- Forensic WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) helps to ensure that camera images are usable and clear. In some scenes, there can be a contrast between the darkest and brightest spots in a scene, this can cause the image to be under or overexposed making it difficult, even impossible to identify objects and people. WDR technology can help rectify this issue, producing clear images regardless of difficult light scenarios.
- Lightfinder technology helps Axis cameras to deliver high-resolution, full-colour video in near darkness, stripping away noise to make dark areas visible, and discerning colour in low light. This keeps surveillance capabilities working their best at all times, with clear footage regardless lighting conditions within a scene.
- Electronic Image Stabilisation provides smooth video in situations where a camera is subject to vibrations. Built-in gyroscopic sensors continuously detect the camera's movements and vibrations, and automatically adjusts the frame to ensure users always capture the details they need.
