Product Questions (2)
I am slightly confused do these have to be purpose built anpr cameras or will normal cameras do the trick. I understand the camera model (CNB-igp 1030) listed in the previous question is not an ANPR camera.
If it is the case that they can use normal cameras is it still possible to use the purpose built cameras if I wanted and any idea what hardware I would need to connect them.

The software will find the number plate in the captured image and read it. It's happy to do so with a normal colour video feed from any camera, but obviously the better the camera / video feed, then the better the chance of it being able to extract the correct number plate from the image. A specialist ANPR camera is most likely to enable you to capture number plates under all lighting conditions - especially in the dark, vehicle approaching the camera, headlamps on.
Siting the camera is important, to achieve clear front-of-vehicle views, and using the correct lens/distance to achieve a view of typically just a little larger than a single vehicle's width.
As most specialist number plate cameras are analogue CCTV cameras, you'd simply need to use a video server (such as the Axis M7001) to convert the analogue video into in IP video stream. Then, by running the Luxriot CCTV software, with the ANPR add-on, on a PC on the same network as the video server you'd have an ANPR system.

we have CNB-igp 1030 ip cameras (made in korea) in crossroads
is it possible to use Luxriot LPR (plate recognition) program with the CNB cameras?
is there solving for our cameras?

The CNB range of IP cameras have not yet been integrated into Luxriot's IP CCTV software - discussions have started ...
You should be able to connect to the camera by configuring it as a generic RTSP video stream within Luxriot's software. If you struggle to do so, then Luxriot's Tech Support is excellent and may even be able to remotely login and advise you on the best settings (if you allow them to).
You need to have Luxriot's CCTV recording software installed AND the ANPR (LPR) software installed as an add-on to enable number plate capture and reading.
Hope that helps ...
