Milestone Care Plus has been designed to protect your XProtect video management software (VMS). It is a maintenance and support program that takes care of your system throughout its lifespan. Care Plus products are updated on a regular basis to become safer and more efficient and more powerful. It has been designed as a software maintenance service, ensuring users have instant access to product updates. This helps users to protect their initial investment and sure the solidity of their system.
Included with Care Plus:
- Recurring product updates that make your product safer and more efficient and powerful
- Full return on your initial XProtect investment if upgrading to a more advanced XProtect solution
Recurring product updates:
Active Milestone Care Plus coverage enables users to instantly update their software to the latest version via the Customer Dashboard. Users who wish to upgrade to a more advanced product or those without Milestone Care Plus coverage will need to do so via their Milestone supplier.
Full return on initial investment:
Milestone offers a unique trade-in policy for their software products, which allows users to protect their investments in their software. The Milestone trade-in policy provides:
- Software update to a newer version of the same product
- Software upgrade to a more advanced product, for example, upgrade from XProtect Express+ to XProtect Professional+
The Trade-in policy provides users with a refund on the old product to be updated/upgraded, the amount credited is dependent on the users' Milestone Care service level.
- Users with active Milestone Care Plus are entitled to a 100% refund of the current recommended retail price when trading-in licenses for their existing XProtect products.
- Customers without Milestone Care Plus coverage are entitled to a 30% refund on the current recommended retail price of their existing product.
A refund from trading in software products cannot be converted to a cash payout, voucher etc.

Shipping and Returns
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 via courier throughout the mainland UK. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your goods are dispatched, and this will confirm your carrier and tracking number so you can monitor your order's progress. Any items sent via our standard free delivery will typically be with you within three business days.
For those requiring their order urgently, we offer a range of next working day and Saturday delivery options which you can select at checkout. Please note we must receive your order by 3.30pm, Mon-Fri in order to guarantee your order is with you by the next working day.
We are also able to offer shipping to any country in the world. We charge a flat fee of £15 + VAT for any country within Europe, which will be available to you at checkout if your country is listed on our International Shipping page.
