Efficient Video Search
Users can intuitively select video sources via the seamless XProtect Rapid REVIEW integration, create search cases and organise investigative videos in a single container to efficiently review video from within the XProtect user interface.
Accelerate Investigations
Important incidents such as mission persons, thefts, vandalism, assaults and accidents are often captured on video. Using XProtect Rapid REVIEW enables face and intelligent multi-camera searches based on an expanding suite of analytic search filters across multiple cameras. Users can quickly find the information the need, thanks to the patented VIDEO SYNOPSIS by BriefCam, objects that have appeared at different times are simultaneously displayed within one video, making investigations much faster.

With XProtect Rapid REVIEW users have the ability to analyze object activity, common paths and dwell times to present easily readable visual overlays. This provides the power to forensically pin-point the areas with most occupancies for greater scene understanding and insights. Great for use in retail to understand how customers navigate through the shop, therefore aiding with better product placement and staffing.
XProtect Rapid REVIEW includes video analytics to enhance existing video surveillance networks enabling them to derive searchable intelligence from pre-recorded video content. Using artificial intelligence and deep learning, the license detects and extracts objects in the video to then identify each object based on Deep Neural Networks. It classifies each object to enable intelligent video analysis which includes searching and filtering. Doing so allows for the following analytic capabilities and use cases:
Multi-Camera Search: Powerfully identifies classifications with speed and precision, including size, sped, direction, apparel colour and gender or age.
Face Recognition: Accurately pinpoints people of interest using digital images extracted from the video or eternal source.
License Plate Recognition: Designed for ease of operation in finding license plates through watch-list, data uploads or existing video footage.
Appearance Similarity: Rapidly locates people, vehicles and other items of interest by searching for other objects with similar attributes.
Face Mask Detection: Identify when face masks are being worn and monitor face mask usage.
Proximity Identification: Search and identify the distance between individuals over time and location. Particularly useful for contact tracing.
Line Crossing: Detect, filter and count the objects that cross pre-defined direction, suitable for enhancing perimeter protection and directional object counting.
Visual Layers: Use visual analytics to report on dwell time, common paths and background changes.
Filter Tolerance: Adjust tolerance levels to refine search results for class, attributes, colour, dwell time, direction, area, path, face recognition and appearance similarity.
Density and Speed Control: Increase or decrease the number and speed of events shown at once.
Sort Control: View events by relevance or by order or occurrence and easily zoom in on items of interest.
VIDEO SYNOPSIS: By BriefCam is an innovative technology that allows users to simultaneously view objects that have appeared at different times in just one video. The information is then presented as a time-compressed video which also has the ability to link back to the original footage (as seen in the video below). Resulting in a shorter video segment to save on hours of reviewing footage.

XProtect Rapid REVIEW is compatible with the following XProtect VMS products: XProtect Corporate, Expert, Professional+ and Express+.
XProtect Rapid REVIEW is only compatible with versions of XProtect 2019R3 and above.
