The Mobotix MX-VB3A-2-IR-VA is a 2 megapixel bullet camera with built-in video analytics to enhance daily security and surveillance needs.
This camera is able to switch from day to night mode automatically depending on light conditions. In day scenes a controlled IR blocking filter ensures realistic colour images and at night the camera switches to black and white images and the IR blocks are lifted in order to provide clear images even in low light scenarios.
As well as this, the MX-VB3A-2-IR-VA features state-of-the-art technology in the integrated IR LED spotlights which ensures strong IR emission at the lowest power consumption. The IR LEDs enable the camera to produce clear images even in darkness up to 30m.
Integrated with high-quality WDR image processing technology, this camera is able to automatically compensate for over or under exposure to provide users with quality images no matter the lighting scenario. Not only this but WDR technology shows more frame details for applications with highly demanding light conditions including entrances, shop display windows, entrances to car parks and loading bays.
The camera can be used in a wide range of applications, typically this unit is mounted in outdoor applications where there is changing light conditions and a robust design is required. The MX-VB3A-2-IR-VA is equipped with an IP66 and IK10 rated housing that protects the camera against both harsh outdoor weather conditions and vandal attempts. Uses for this camera include; traffic and parking space monitoring for land, water and air vehicles, logistics and freight, in public facilities and recreational facilities or for monitoring industrial production processes.
