The IP9165-LPR Kit (Street) is a standalone LPR (License Plate Recognition) Camera, that comes embedded with a license plate recognition system, and features support for white/black lists (for plate verification) and various APIs for integration with 3rd party systems (like; Toll collection, Traffic management, or weighbridge systems)
Additionally, the LPR Kit (Street) is equipped to provide users with precise, and reliable data, for use as Evidence, with its ability to simultaneously combine LPR results, with Snapshots (from a linked camera). With this feature the IP9165-LPR Kit (Street) is beneficial for law enforcement and government applications, as well as for use in City surveillance, Motorway surveillance, or Toll mangement.
As well as its main features, the IP9165-LPR Kit (Street) also offers the use of snap-in IR LEDs, and a built-in headlight filter, so it can deliver the best possible license plate recognition, even in more demanding lighting (such as, high glare levels, or lack of light) This is then strengthened by the Vivotek LPR Scene mode, which works avoid overexposure by providing different exposure levels.
Users are also able to take advantage of the LPR Kit's variety of Events and Alarms, which include; Audio detection, Tampering detection, Cyber-security events, Motion detection, Shock detection, and more.
