The Vivotek ND9424P-v2 is a 16 channel H.265 Linux-based standalone network video recorder which supports up to 4K IP camera video decoding and local 4K video display.
The ND9424P-v2 has 16 x PoE port switch built-in for ease of installation. Cameras can be directly connected to the NVR to cut down on installation time.
VIVOCloud and iViewer apps for both Android and iOS devices support remote and mobile access, providing instant push notifications and direct video playback functions when triggered by an alarm notification.
ND9424P-v2 Features:
PoE Management: provides more efficient operation with the ability to quickly troubleshoot problems and monitor power usage. If overload occurs some PoE ports with automatically power-off some PoE ports until the system power falls below the threshold for system protection.
Customer Support: the customer support function on the NVR allows technical support to rapidly debug your device.
Better video quality with Lower Bandwidth: the ND9424P-v2 supports H.265 codec and Vivotek's Smart Stream technology which enables the NVR to provide high quality images whilst saving users on network bandwidth and recording capacity compared to using H.264 compression.
4K IP Camera Video Input and 4K Local Video Output: the unit supports 4K camera video input and 4K local video output, providing users with extra high-definition video resolution.
Trend Micro IoT Security and Cybersecurity Management: the NVR is embedded with anti-intrusion software with multi-layer protection, including brute force attack detection, intrusion detection and prevention, and instant damage control. Along with this, the ND9424P-v2 provides a cybersecurity management solution. When event notifications have been set up, users will immediately be alerted when cyber attacks occur.
Fisheye Dewarp: both LiveView and Playback modes for one fisheye camera can be produced simultaneously. There are also multiple fisheye dewarp display modes including; 10, 1P, 1R, 103R, 108R, which allows users to monitor any angle and view precise detailed images.
VIVOCloud App and Portal for 24/7 Viewing: the free VIVOCloud app has made remote access effortless with the latest P2P technology. Users can simply just scan the QR-code, install the app, and then view live streams from their ND9424P-v2 and play recorded clips. Push notifications mean you can get alerts directly to your Android/iOS mobile device and directly playback the video to check for any suspicious activity.
Chrome and Firefox Supported: support for plug-in free web browsers now including Chrome and Firefox for both Windows and macOS.
