Note (25/05/23) - Vivotek have set a VAST 2 to VSS migration deadline for August 31st 2023. VAST 2 paid users will be able to migrate to VSS professional, but must activate all licences before June 30th, and migrate to VSS before August 31st.

VSS Lite - Free to use - An entry-level VMS for basic surveillance needs.
VSS Standard - A cost-effective option, fit for use in small to mid-size application environments.
VSS Professional - The most expensive option, with all the features. Ideal for mid to large-scale projects that require central management and 24/7 surveillance operations.

Deep Search
Deep Search uses AI capabilities that allow users to search through surveillance footage using specific attributes and analytics. This includes Object search, Attribute search, Scene search, and, Re-search
Object search - searches for specific object types (humans and vehicles)
Attribute search - searches for specific attributes for different object types (People - gender, age, clothing, colour, and accessories | Vehicles - vehicle type, and colour)
Scene search - allows users to search through footage using analytics (Line crossing, Intrusion, and Loitering detection)
Re-search - includes 'search by similar appearance' (only supported by VSS Pro)
Please note - Deep Search is only supported by the Standard and Professional editions of VSS. It is not available with VSS Lite.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 via courier throughout the mainland UK. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your goods are dispatched, and this will confirm your carrier and tracking number so you can monitor your order's progress. Any items sent via our standard free delivery will typically be with you within three business days.
For those requiring their order urgently, we offer a range of next working day and Saturday delivery options which you can select at checkout. Please note we must receive your order by 3.30pm, Mon-Fri in order to guarantee your order is with you by the next working day.
We are also able to offer shipping to any country in the world. We charge a flat fee of £15 + VAT for any country within Europe, which will be available to you at checkout if your country is listed on our International Shipping page.
