The Wisenet PNM-8082VT is a 2-megapixel Multi-directional camera that has been designed by Hanwha Techwin as a practical and cost-effective alternative to having three standard fixed cameras.
The PNM-8082VT features an IP66, IK10 and NEMA4X rated housing to protect the camera against water, dust and mechanical impact. This makes the camera ideal for many outdoor applications.
This product is not only for use in outdoor applications but makes a very affordable solution for indoor applications too, particularly for a requirement where a user wants to view activity taking place along a corridor.
Each of the cameras three sensors offer true day/night functionality and is able to capture 2-megapixel high definition colour images when light levels are as low as 0.04Lux.
The PNM-8082VT uses WiseStreamII which dynamically controls encoding, balancing quality and compression according to movement in the image. Bandwidth is also dramatically improved by up to 75% compared to using H.264 technology.
As well as this, the PNM-8082VT is equipped with Wisenet7 chipset with its industry-leading cyber security features and cutting edge image processing technology. Hanwha's 'extreme' Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology enables the camera to produce clear and sharp images even in scenes that contain a mix of bright and dark areas.
