The Wisenet QRN-1630S is a 16-channel network video recorder equipped with a built-in 16-port PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch. This enables users to directly connect up to 16 cameras to the NVR, simplifying the installation of the product.
Designed for small to medium-sized video surveillance applications, the QNR-1630S is ideal for use in scenarios that require a cost-effective, robust, and reliable video recording and storage solution. This makes the unit great for use in budget-limited offices, retail, and warehouse applications that do not require a high number of cameras.
The QRN-1630S supports H.265 compression, which improves bandwidth efficiency by providing an 80% saving in bandwidth costs when compared to using H.264 compression.
The install time for these units has been minimised as integrators and end-users can remotely connect to the devices via smartphone or tablet without the need to set up a complex network. This can be done by using P2P and unique QR codes. As well as this installation time and cost is reduced by the Power over Ethernet functionality.
