Product reviews are a really helpful tool to provide other customers with insights into our products and how they have performed for others. They are specifically for the product and how that works and not about us, the supplier, nor the delivery courier. We would be pleased to receive feedback about that here.
If you would like to write a review for a product you purchased from us please follow the below steps:
1. Go to the product page of the item you would like to review. To find the product simply click on the magnifying glass in the top right of the website and search for the item.
2. Scroll down the page until you see the review dropdown.
3. Click on the dropdown arrow and fill out the review form.
4. Click on the number of stars you wish to give the product for each category.
5. Nickname can be anything you like, if you do not wish to put your full name you do not have to.
6. Summary is the title that will be published for your review.
7. Review, please provide a description of your experience with the product. What do you like and/or dislike? What works well? What do you feel could be improved? What is your overall feeling about the product? etc.
8. Once all fields are completed, click submit.
Please note: reviews are not immediately published and are sent for approval (this is to ensure reviews are written by genuine people about the product listed)
When approved the review will appear under the review tab like below:
