The P1245 Mk II features a thumb-sized sensor unit that connects via cable to the main unit, so the two parts can be placed separately from each other. The sensor unit is easy to install in tight spaces and can be recessed mounted to blend into the environment. Ideal for a wide range of indoor applications. The sensor can be mounted up to 15m from the main unit and a detachable cable ensures flexible installation and upgrade. Additionally, a deep learning processing unit enabled the use of advanced analytics.

Features Explained:
- AXIS Edge Vault is a secure cryptographic compute module, capable of keeping an Axis device ID secure and permanently stored and installed. Cybersecurity is further enhanced by Signed Firmware, Secure Boot, and, TPM (Trusted Platform Module).
- AXIS Object Analytics comes pre-installed, and offers a selection of analytics for human and vehicle classification, powered by AI-based algorithms.
Object classes: humans / vehicles (types: cars, buses, trucks, bikes)
Features: line crossing, object in area, occupancy in area, up to 10 scenarios, visualised metadata (with trajectories and colour-coding), polygon include/exclude areas, and, ONVIF motion alarm event.
- AXIS Live Privacy Shield remotely monitors activities both indoors and outdoors while safeguarding privacy in real-time, powered by AI-based dynamic masking. Users can choose what to mask or blur while addressing rules and regulations protecting privacy. As well as this, Live Privacy Shield enables masking of moving and still objects such as humans and license plates. The application works in real-time and on both live and recorded video streams.
- Exchangeable Lenses Different lens options offer the opportunity to adjust the field of view of the product, and thereby adapt it to your chosen area of use. The lens can be easily changed to make the camera cover wider areas, or to make it focus on details of interest.
