Details
The Hikvision DS-2DE2204IW-DE3 is a practical mini PTZ network camera supporting 2 megapixel resolution and 4 x optical zoom (and 16x digital zoom). The PTZ is suited for indoor use in areas such as hotel lobbies, small shops, schools, offices and restaurants and is not suitable for outdoor use.
It features a varifocal lens which ranges between 2.8mm and 12mm, providing a horizontal field of view of 100°-25°. The PTZ features of the DS-2DE2204IW-DE3 include a pan range of 350° and a tilt range if 0°-90°.
With image enhancing features such as Auto Iris, Auto Focus, Auto White Balance, Back-light Compensation and 3D DNR, the DS-2DE2204IW-DE3 is able to provide high quality images in challenging and contrasting light scenarios. Also, with the addition of supplement infrared lighting which can reach up to 20m, the camera is also suited to provide images in low light conditions.
DS-2DE2204IW-DE3 Smart Functions include:
- Smart Detection: Intrusion Detection, Line Crossing Detection, Audio Exception Detection, Motion Detection and Video Tampering Detection.
- Smart Recording: Edge Storage, Smart Search in Smart NVR, VCA Playback
- Smart Image Enhancement: HLC (High Light Compensation)
- Smart Encoding: Low Bitrate and ROI (region of interest) Encoding
- Smart Alarm: Alarm For Network Disconnection, IP Address Conflict, HDD Full, HDD Error and Illegal Login.
Users can access the DS-2DE2204IW-DE3 via the Hik-Connect smart phone app for easy, remote access. The mini PTZ can either be powered by PoE or 12v DC PSU, although a power source is not included with the purchase. At use-IP re recommend powering the IP camera via PoE (Power Over Ethernet) as only one cable is needed which simplifies installation.
