The Hikvision DS-2DE4225WG-E3 is a 2MP PTZ camera that provides 2MP resolution and allows for closer viewing of subjects in expansive areas with 25x optical zoom. It contains Powered-by-DarkFighter technology, meaning that it has excellent image quality in low lighting. The DS-2DE4225WG-E3 also has a built-in memory card slot that can support microSD cards up to 256GB. The PTZ capabilities include Power-off memory, Park Actions, 3D Positioning and more. The pan and tilt ability enables the camera to closely monitor zones that are of interest.
Events and Alarm Linkage
Users should also note that the DS-2DE4225WG-E3 also comes equipped with support for a selection of surveillance features, including Basic events, Smart events, and Alarm linkage.
- Basic Events: Motion detection, video tampering alarm, alarm input, alarm output, and exception.
- Smart Events: Line crossing detection, region entrance detection, unattended baggage detection, object removal detection, intrusion detection, region exiting detection, and audio exception detection.
- Alarm Linkage: Upload to FTP/NAS/memory card, notify surveillance centre, send email, trigger alarm output, trigger recording, and PTZ actions (preset, patrol scan, pattern scan, etc.)
