The Hikvision DS-2DF8836I5X-AELW is an 8MP autofocus laser speed dome with a 2/3" progressive scan CMOS chip and a focal length of 7.5 - 270mm. Users also get free video management using the Hikvision iVMS-4200 remote access software.

This camera is part of the Darkfighter series, which comes equipped with enhancing features such as true day/night recording, 3D digital noise reduction (3D DNR), High & backlight compensation, auto-tracking 2.0 and digital wide dynamic range (WDR) allowing high-quality images in low light environments.

With the use of H.265+/H.265 and a built-in MicroSD card slot (allowing up to 265GB of storage), it gives users a saving on storage and bandwidth usage compared to previous H.264 compression.

The DS-2DF8836I5X-AELW has a panoramic movement range of 360°, a tilt of -20° to 90°, and a 36x optical zoom & 16x digital zoom lens, which provides users with more detailed images over a larger area.

Supported by a laser distance of up to 500m, IP67 weather-proof housing, and a working temperature of -40°C to 70°C, this camera is perfect for outdoor use, but can also be for indoor use. It also comes with a silicone wiper, making cleaning easier as it removes water and dirt from the lens surface, allowing a better image despite weather conditions.
