The iDS-TCM403-BI (/0832 or /0411), Bullet camera, is a part of Hikvision's ANPR range, designed for outdoor use in a variety of applications and featuring a wide selection of features and algorithms.
Developing from the previous -AI model, the iDS-TCM403-BI offers an improved Plate Detection algorithm, now able to work across the camera's entire field of view, and an increased Block/Allow list library (doubling from 50,000 to 100,000) - more information on these features can be found below
ANPR Cameras
(Automatic Number-Plate Recognition)
ANPR Cameras are defined by their inclusion of Number-Plate recognition technology, allowing for the identification of vehicles (an ability that can greatly benefit many applications, such as; parking entrances/exits, schools, offices, factories, ect). This capability then allows for a number of useful features:
- Non-stop Vehicle flow Monitoring
- Block/Allow lists - and Auto-alarm triggering for blacklisted plates
- Vehicle Passing Records
- Toll Management (perfect for Motorways and Car Parks)
Features such as these are designed to work with extreme accuracy, due to the implementation of Deep Learning algorithms and GPU Processors.
Applications:
As a Hikvision ANPR camera, the iDS-TCM403-BI is designed to fit into, and benefit, a wide range of environments. These include; Urban roads, mixed roads, enterances/exits, and Motorway Toll Stations (depicted below, from left to right). And, with its impressive flexibility, the iDS-TCM403-BI can be quickly deployed and installed into any of these location types, while also offering a centralized management system (efficient for any user)
Day / Night Performance:
Hikvisions ANPR range also offers impressive day/night functionality (depicted below), so your security system will still be just as effective as it is during the day, while in the dark.
