The Hikvision iDS-9664NXI-M8/X is a 64 channel Network Video Recorder that is part of both the DeepinMind and M-Series ranges.
Typical Application
Facial recognition and face picture comparison - This feature models and analyses face picture captured by the cameras. Using the face picture library the iDS-9664NXI-M8/X can trigger block-list and stranger alarms. Users can also search people of interest by the picture and name features.
Perimeter Protection - The iDS-9664NXI-M8/X adopts the deep learning algorithm to reduce false alarms which were commonly caused by trees, leaves, shadows and small animals. Now, focusing on humans and vehicles, security alarm notifications have become more efficient and effective.
Video Structuralisation - This extracts the face picture, human body, and vehicle features from live videos, which is ideal for tracking and retrieving people and vehicles.
On board the iDS-9664NXI-M8/X Network Video Recorder there are eight SATA interfaces for hard drive connections. Please note that storage is not included with the purchase of a iDS-9664NXI-M8/X, at use-IP we recommend the Western Digital Purple Hard Drives. The NVR uses H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264 video formats which can save users bandwidth and storage usage without compromising the video image quality.
The iDS-9664NXI-M8/X also supports POS (Point of Sale) functions in the form of information overlays in the live view and playback, as well as Point of Sale triggered recording and alarm. This function can aid business in monitoring business performance, best sellers and peak shopping times.
Users can connect to the iDS-9664NXI-M8/X via Hik-Connect and DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System) for easy network management. The smooth streaming technology is accessible via web access without a plug-in.
