The Hikvision DS-2CD2T85G1-I5 is an 8MP (3840 × 2160) bullet camera with a fixed focal length of either 2.8mm, or 4mm, and a 1/2" progressive scan CMOS chip.
Armed with enhancing features such as back light compensation (BLC), 3D digital noise reduction (3D DNR), high light compensation (HLC) and 120dB wide dynamic range (WDR), the DS-2CD2T85G1-I5 gives a high quality, detailed image in low-light environments, also being powered by Darkfighter. It also comes with face detection, scene change detection, line crossing detection and intrusion detection which can send a notification to users when it detects an alarm.
With an IR range of up to 50m, IP67 weather-proof housing and a working temperature of -30 °C to +60 °C, it makes this camera perfect for outdoor use, although users can have it indoors too. This is supported by 3-axis, panoramic & rotation movement of 0° to 360° and a tilt of 0° to 90° which allows users to cover any area.
Users can access their camera via web browsers or smart phone due to Hik-Connect. This is powered by a 12V DC power supply or PoE. PSU sold separately.
This camera uses H.265+/H.265 compression, which gives users a huge saving on storage and bandwidth usage This then works with the on-board micro SD/SDHC/SDXC which allows up to 128gb of extra storage for recording.
