The Hikvision DS-2DE7S425MW-AEB(F1)(S5) is a network speed dome camera featuring dual lenses to provide both a fixed overview and a PTZ channel. It also features 4MP resolution and 25x optical zoom to allow users to zoom in to objects of interest in the distance.
With AcuSense technology the DS-2DE7S425MW-AEB(F1)(S5) focuses on human and vehicle classifications which greatly improves the alarm efficiency and effectiveness. This works hand in hand with the active strobe light and audio alarm feature that is used to warn off intruders.
Both lenses offer superb, high-quality images in low-light scenarios. The fixed lens provides 24/7 colorful images due to its 1/1.8" sensor and supplement white LED light which can reach up to 30m. Whilst the varifocal lens pulls from Darkfighter technology, using WDR. HLC 3D DNR as well as built-in IR illuminators that can reach up to 200m.
The DS-2DE7S425MW-AEB(F1)(S5) can be used both internally and externally. With a rating of IP66 the Speed Dome is able to withstand water, dust, and dirt ingress successfully. Also, with a rating of IK10 the DS-2DE7S425MW-AEB(F1)(S5) is vandal-resistant so is suitable for use in a range of public applications where it could be subject to vandal attempts. Users should power the camera via a Hi-POE injector or switch, or a 24 VAC mains supply. Unfortunately, these are not included with the purchase so we have listed our recommended Hi-POE injector in our Frequently Brought Together section.
Please note, we strongly recommend this camera to be used with Hikvision -I series NVRs as opposed to the -K series NVRs as the best way to ensure compatibility. For more information please see our Technical Forum.
