ANPR - Paxton build

Good Evening
We have the DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZSWG/P (Firmware V5.4.5build 201027) ANPR camera with Wiegand . The Wiegand options are CardID 26bit, Salto 26bit and Hik 36.When selected Salto sends data to NET2 but every vehicle is unauthorized even if plate exists in NET2.

Paxton have said we need either:
Firmware for V5.4.5 build 171113 can be found here
Firmware for V5.4.5 build 191012 can be found here

But the links are dead. Any help with this one would be most welcome.

The files will likely be in the old Hikvision firmware portals.

Once you know that you can find the files in either the UK or Europe portals:

This looks to be the the later file V5.4.5 build 191012?

Newer firmware often includes patches for security vulnerabilities so I'm not sure I'd be happy downgrading....

I would rather force system integrator to update API parsing, than going to less secure firmware

It's many years since I used Paxton Net2 but I recall every update fixed bugs and introduced more bugs.
