I have just installed a new Hikvision DS-2CD2686G2H-IZS2U/SL bullet camera on my NVR. It is working fine but I want to upgrade the firmware and when I go to the upgrade page it is blank. If I go from System settings - Basic information and then click on Upgrade I also get a blank page. A similar thing happened with one of the Speed Dome cameras I have just installed however rebooting it seemed to solve the problem. I have rebooted this one several times now but I still can't see the upgrade firmware page, any ideas please?
Problem solved: I switched back from Manual to plug & play , rebooted and it now works
