I have recently been in the process of installing and setting up my new Hikvision Smart Hybrid and door bell system.
However, I am trying to get the door bell to record to the NVR - I have followed the instruction found on google about adding the ip address of the door bell to one free NVR POE port as a manual addition but it says offline.
The NVR is connected directly to my main router with two of my smart g3 cameras connected to the NVR.
The door bell system is connected to poe switch which is connected to my main router so everything on the same network.
I have the following models of the system.
NVR - DS-7608NI-M2/8P
Cameras- DS-2CD2387G3LI2UY 8MP Smart Hybrid
Inteecom - DS-KIS603-P(C) IP Video Intercom Kit
Door station - DS-KV6113-WPE1(C) Door Station
