I inherited this DVR with 5 cameras in my shop. However, I am unable to configure, connect, or even reset this DVR.
I've downloaded SMeye. It could be added, however, when I tried to connect, it said Unknown error - 1600000. No document found on this error on the net.
I also noticed the DVR's IP address is on a different subnet with the router (direct Ethernet cable). 192.168.8.xx while the router is 192.168.1.xxx
Set up: DVR811L connect directly to a Mercusys 4G router via Ethernet cable. 5 IP camera.
I also tried to reset the DVR to factory setting using the jumper shot method, and the coin battery pullout method. Did not work.
Please help.
