I am locked out of my Hikvision NVR and need assistance generating an unlock file or code. My motherboard features absolutely no physical hardware reset buttons or J1 solder pads, so I must rely on a digital SADP software reset.
Because this is a domestic Chinese-market hardware baseline running a modified multi-language firmware package, official Hikvision regional support channels are unable to process my request.
