Door Entry Video intercom doorbell failure

My KD8003 gate intercom system has been working fine but I now don't hear any doorbell audio. I can still have a 2-way conversation with a visitor at the gate and the open/close commands still work so where could my doorbell issue be? I suppose I'm looking for confirmation that this couldn't be a software issue or a Cat6 issue before I call in someone to dismantle my gate pier to check the wiring connections.

Thanks but no can do. My firmware is the latest available for my hardware and has been working fine. But I'm going to try deleting the device and reconfiguring it. A new password can re-establish a broken comms link.

Thanks for persisting. For reference, my system comprises:
DS-KD8003-IME1 running FW 2.2.62 Build 230204 (not the later (B) model)
DS-KH8520-WTE1 running FW 2.2.100 Build 250114
DS-KH8350-WTE1 running FW 2.2.100 Build 250114
DS-KH6320-WTE1 running FW 2.2.100 Build 250114

However, I'm pleased to report that the issue is fixed! All it took was deleting the password in iVMS-4200, save and then re-entering the correct password and save. I'm curious as to how the gate station button could have lost the comms link but not too bothered if the fix is this easy.

There is 2.2.66 or 67 for door atation and 2.2.108 for indoor atations, you are not on newest

Thank you. I will take a look at them if you could possibly provide links. I tend to be cautious about any updates which aren't offered by Hikvision UK (or endorsed by use-IP).

Thank you. I don't see them on Hikvision's UK/Netherlands portal though, which may or may not be significant.

Meanwhile, on something more prosaic, I need to renew the name tag on the 8003 and I can't get the plastic cover off to get to the label. Any tips?

You need to remove the station front cover to open them. It takes a really small allen key to unscrew top and bottom

I managed to find V2.2.108_250718 for my indoor stations on the UK portal but no sign anywhere of the 2.2.66 or 67 updates for my KD8003 door station.

Thanks for coming back to me on this. Hikvision's ReadMe on this bug fix release is blank so I have wasted my time by emailing them to request details.
