I have a Hikvision NVR (DS-7616NI-K2) and I want to receive fire alarm alerts from a Dahua Thermal camera (DHI-TPC-DF1241-V1).
Standard motion detection works and events are received correctly, but the fire alarm detection is not working at all.
Has anyone successfully tried a similar setup or found a workaround to get Dahua thermal/smart events to register on a Hikvision NVR? Thanks!
