Hik connect app

1 of my cameras has stopped working also my phone app isn’t connecting to my hik connect any ideas anyone

This is so "My camera doesn't work" post which usually should get response "Did you turn it off and on again" answer.

But to get in details WHY its not working, it requires details how it was set up to actually troubleshoot

Perhaps some screenshots, camera installation details , your last actions that led to camera being offline, any ISP changes in this period?

What do you mean your app is not connecting to hik connect? You cant login? Please clarify

I have 1 camera that has lost power it doesn’t have the red light on it also I am
Unable to get on phone it says offline on my phone

Ok how is the camera powered?

Dc adapter or poe via poe switch?

I suppose its better you contact some security installer before you do any further investigation. If you know nothing about power supplying, ,you may injur yourself.
