I have installed a Hikvision intercom system using the DS-KD-TDM touch display, managing 7 flats (7 levels).
Through IVMS, I successfully added both the door station and indoor stations. When someone rings the intercom, it calls the flat and unlocks the lift leve, everything is working as intended.
I also installed a card reader inside the lift (via RS-485) connected to the lift controller, which communicates with the door station (KD-8003-B). This setup works well: intercom calls, lift access all functioning.
However, I have an issue: when I swipe a card at the front foyer door’s LCD screen, it unlocks the lift level as well. The lift is working correctly when swiped at the lift reader, but the door station is unlocking it via the access group permissions. It stays unlocked for about 5 minutes, almost as if it’s being triggered by the video call function. Could you advise on how to separate these triggers, so the lift only unlocks when swiped at the lift reader, and the foyer door swipe does not unlock the level?
