i have a DS-2CD2387G2-LSU and am trying to set it up to send an email with face capture.
in the VCA general section, i set up the email part and it sends properly when i test it.
alarm output says "face detected" and alarm status is "off."
do i need to do something with "alarm output" or "alarm server?"
i enabled the "face capture" rule with the detection area and pupil sizes.
under "arming schedule and linkage method" the only options are to "notify surveillance center" and "upload to ftp . . ."
there is no "send to email."
what should i try so that i can send an email on a face capture?
