I have 4 units of Dahua SD49225XA-HNR-S2 PTZ cameras, and all of them suddenly stopped working. I am trying to perform a factory reset, but I am unable to complete it successfully.
When I ping the default IP address (192.168.1.108), I receive a reply a few times, but then the connection drops completely. If I reboot the camera, the exact same behavior repeats.
Could anyone please help me with a solution? What steps should I take to fix this issue?
