Yes that is the repaired firmware - IPC_G3_EN_STD_5.5.131_200410.zip

It is the same size as the file we were sent directly from Hikvision so I wouldn't expect it to be any different.

Hi. I have no notifications/no pictures coming from my DS-2CD2385G1-1 - Would I need to do this firmware download? I only want to capture line crossing pictures on to my iPhone - no video recording. There is a card in the camera but I've never been able to access it. Thank you.

Your G1 camera uses different firmware (G1) The OP's camera is a G2 and so, confusingly, uses G3 firmware. Maybe put up a separate post on the forum and someone will assist.
