Hikvision DS-1200KI keyboard to PC with IVMS-4200?

I’m hoping that someone can help me out with advice on how to get my networked Hikvision DS-1200KI keyboard to connect to a PC running IVMS-4200.

I have tried various ways of connecting it but it continuously indicates in IVMS that it is offline, even though IVMS sees it in the online devices and I can add it but it will not connect.
