You can find the firmware for your NVR here at the Hikvision Download Portal.

You will see from that list that the firmware you are currently running is older than even the oldest version available in the portal, so to avoid glitches/issues with the NVR software we would recommend updating to the latest firmware version in steps.

Below is the list of the firmware versions we recommend updating to in descending order:

I have DS-7616NI-K2/16P.

Now I cannot access my NVR from IP and not visible through SADP.

That firmware.205 is custom fw. It seems you did not factory restore after previous upgrade so all structs are set in place for this fw. Now its most likely boot loop
