Evening all,
I have finally got my new door station up and running and all working now.
At the minute I’ve not opted for the indoor screen so when the outdoor is pressed, rings our phones.
Previously I had a google nest door bell which I wired through a bell transformer so that I could have it working with a Honeywell activlink wireless door chime.
Has anyone carried this out with the DS-KV6114 as I (well more so the wife) would like a “ding dong” when the outdoor button is pressed, as well as ringing phones through hik connect.
I already have the wired to wireless switch for the Honeywell which has a lithium battery, but not sure if I still need to wire through the the transformer as the door station is POE so literally is just a switch to tell the “dingdong” to happen!
