Hikvision AX Pro - SMS not working

Hello,
My AX Pro (DS-PWA96-M-WE with firmware V1.3.1 build 251113) doesn't send me any SMS notifications. It hasn't sent any SMS since roughly firmware 1.2.8.
Things I've tried:

• Reset to default and reconfigured from scratch
• Created both local and cloud users with valid mobile numbers
• Double checked notification settings for each user

Cellular network works fine. I'm using a SIM on the 3 Network and not sure if issue is with AX Pro hub or the 3 Network which I think stopped their 3G/2G network sometime in 2025. Is anyone else using firmware 1.3.1 and got SMS working?

Forgot to mention that Phone Call Notifications also don't work. The Three SIM works fine for calls and SMS when inserted in a phone. Does anyone have Phone Call or SMS notifications working with DS-PWA96-M-WE with firmware V1.3.1 build 251113 and if so, what carrier are you using?
